Final Month of the Year

Yipee... this is usually the month we love (or hate) the most.


But I love the Christmas cheer, the relaxed mood, the charm of slowing down and bring cheers to one another through gifts and gratitude.

However, this also bring lots of headache - what to buy, how to budget, money no enuf, as they say?
Perhaps being thrifty for a change? No presents, No goodies.  What would that all mean?

Well better plan for 2013... sure lots to look foward to.

Kids are away at UL, Kit is away at East Malaysia.

Looking forward to year end... time to relax and soaked-in the atmosphere of Xmas!

Been busy ... reformatted my hard disk.
Now have to find all my links and pictures.


Its a challenge to get organized.  On top of that - go many weekend classes. Been working extra 2 days in a week - so its like 7 days work!

Just have to think about the nice holidays ... to get back the mood - an evening away from everything!

Coming close to finishing my last batch.
Have been doing 15 Days Training part-time on APR, MAY and JUN.

This would be the last batch - such a relief.

Now looking forward to August for holidays ....

Good Morning Vietnam - Part 1

We made a trip to Ho Chin Minh (formerly Saigon) city.  This was our 1st trip away without the kids for a long long time.

Stayed in Beautiful Saigon for 1 night then Saigon Europe.

 Night life.... District 1.

 Behind is the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Wer inside the Post Office ... such classic place.

Spring of April

Yes, got lots of work to be done.
Still doing my weekend classes.... so fully tied up till June.

Planning for TSHOOT exam, and FIREWALL exam.
Just completed ISO 9001:2008 for company.

Need to submit Income-Tax e-filing.

Lastly, renewed Awit contract but not transfering Thanh permit. Living without maid!!!

Working round the Clock

Been a hectic month...

Up - got some increment, after counter offer.

Down -update from Jenny about her health

Inbetween - working 7days a week... feeling like a zombie, but got OT.

So, life has its up and down - where can we stop and hang pause to catch our breath?

4 years - Time to Move on....

After much deliberation, I think its time to chart a new course, a new mile-stone.

I have always come to junctions in life, and this is again one of those things you just have to do.

Hopefully, God will provide the way for me to go forward.

Now to tell the BOSS...... I am firing him ;-)

Another Diva Gone

So sad to hear the news about Whitney Houston.

She's only 48 and have achieved almost everything.  The whole world is in front of her but tragically, her life was cut short. Even Dolly Parton is still around to say her wishes for her.

So many stars gone too soon.  Makes you wonder the fame and success are blinding to the fact that life is so fragile and full of emptyness without God.

New Year @ Mall

Started morning breakfast ast Tesco - with a nice nasi lemak and some tt.  Then brought the kids to amusement games before heading to 1U.

We had to kill time walking around.... before we know it, lunchtime at foodcourt. Then it was me and Zac catching Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol with Patrick'sfamily.  Good movie!

Came back about 4pm.... then did some housekeeping for all the receipts, creditcards, etc....

Later, time to catch some football....
