The Blessing

Truth to be told, the blessings from above are always there for us - its just that we always expecting a different kind of blessing.

I really enjoyed myself - not that the other conferences aren't great. This time, there's no agenda - its only time move forward like Jacob.

A case in point, the futsal match was a great workout. Althought the scoreline wasn't great, i felt indeed it was a blessing to
1] play with Vietnamese disciples
2] able to still kick the ball
3] enjoy dinner and supper in between

Nevertheless, i got bruised (still aching all over) before i got blessed!
Now where is that rock that i need to put my head under.

Team X vs Team Y

Oh yeah... another round of competition.

On Sunday, its was Ferrari vs McLaren but Brawn stole the show again at Sepang.
Then Tuesday, it was BS, BG & BA by-election fever, but remain status quo. 2 against 1, in favour of PR. BN is going to Be The End in the next GE.

Now Thursday, it is Liverpool vs Chelse (again!!) for a spot in the semi-final of UCL.

Sometimes life is not about winning or losing, but making sense of all these victories and defeats.
But as someone said, 'History is written not by the vanquished but the victors'.

Can the Reds do it... all the way??

Today in history - when my spiritual journey started.
That was way back 15 years ago. I feel old, but thankfully not withering.

All i can say that its been a long long trip.
As the author of 'The Road less Traveled', Dr. M.Scott Peck mentioned that life is about being fulfilled. Part of it is about discipline, delay gratification and responsibility.

The other book he wrote... People of the Lie, is fascinating to digest a second serving.
Makes me think how difficult is it for us to see evil when its standing right in front of us! Is it us that he's referring to ?? You would have to read it yourself ;-)

Zac and Dad's Birthday Bash

In the beginning.... all are anxiously waiting for the pool to be filled up.

Some ploy to get them to look up. Hah!... There's nothing up there.

Exam Blues....

Just for Laughs.... Release Tension!

Today is another day at the office... But at least i can relax now after a nail biting 140minutes.

Come to think of it, once you finished your exam - its not as hard as it seems to be.
On the contrary - when you step inside the room, you feel lost for a while.

The first question in BSCI, and it came out a simulation... Duhhh!!!
- rectify the configuration, with OSPv3 and create a virtual link.

Not only that - another EIGRP question i had, with 3 sub-questions.
I accidentally click next after the first answer and skipped the 2 sub-questions. Arrgg!!!

It was almost disastrous... with only 2 mins left after I finished Q61.

Now.... need some sleep and holiday, before my next exam, BCMSN.
But alas, 1 down 3 to go... and a long way to go!

FEBRUARY 28th 2004

It didn't even hit me until i counted the years i am married as of tomorrow. 5 years is really fast for me. In a way, I'm glad that we've been through a few hiccups, travelled to the East M'sia then now back to West M'sia and finally settled down.

Also in the process - have 2 kids, maybe more? That is an open question.

Anyway, hope we can have a good time on a date with some friends. Meanwhile, i have to think about my exam at the back of my mind and find a way to get through it... But family first!
